Thanks, guys. ive been looking at the site today (i was at home sick from school) and already learned some new stuff, like making loops and the fact that i dont have to close quotations. i hope i learn alot more!
Everyone learns here - it's like a school, only more fun and with less homework… And we don't take away your calculator if we notice you playing games on it during class (Unless it's an asm game! JK).
Anyways, welcome to the TI|BD.
*holds up hands* Actually, I'm home schooled. And I only actually play games to pass boring hours at church.
How dare you say that church it boring!!! That is an insult to God and to me. I don't think church is boring whatsoever. Now school, there's something to be bored about.
Woah, Graphmastur, calm down. Everyone's entitled to an opinion. If he thinks some times at church are boring,
that's his opinion. I'm sure he meant no insult to you, or God.
I, know, but it just makes me angry when they say it's "boring" at church or when a little kid just plays around at church.
We are talking about the one true God here.
If you have any questions about God or how to be saved, ask away. I don't mean to be like that, but I go to church without my parents making me. (Of course, then again, I do tech crew)
Yeah, I'm on tech crew to. What I meant about church being boring is that our pastor can go on at times for up to an hour, just on his sermon.
Thanks. what do you mean, LESS homework? i thought there was none! =(
Well, if you actually do anything with the info, it's work, and then you're at home… Yeah, a pretty abstract argument, I know.
I guess I could argue there are some pages that tell you to "Try this yourself." That's really where it gets to be homework.
Also, 0 is less than 20.
My 13 year old definition of the term 'HOMEWORK' is: Boring, useless, repetitive work to be completed at home when you've already mastered the concept. Stuff like programming and memorizing pi to the thousandth place (just kidding) is merely 'extra curricular enjoyment'. shows you what 13 years in a school district with no advanced placement programs can do to a guy!! =)
