I just made a simple program that will give you a list of number values based on the inputted text… you know, A is 1, B is 2, etc…
Can this be optimized?
PROGRAM:AA :"ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ→Str1 :ClrHome :ClrList L₁ :Input "txt- ",Str2 :length(Str2→L :For(X,1,L :sub(Str2,X,1→Str3 :For(Y,1,L :If Str3=sub(Str1,Y,1 :Y→L₁(X :End :End :Disp L₁
Please optimize to the extreme. I want this to use the least amount of bytes possible. Right now, with the 2-token name of "AA," the entire program is 112 bytes.
EDIT: Just typed it into my calc, doesn't work. For some reason if I type in "ABC" it works fine, but if I type "CALC" it gives me the same list as ABC. Anyone know why?
The man shuddered as the shadow drew a glistening sword from his back. Creeping closer and closer with his pale eyes burning into the man, the shadow slowly raised his blade and before he could thrust it down, the man heard the shadow hiss something.
"The Shadow Clan's presence must be like a whisper. Always felt, but never seen…"
