I am a middle school student in Pennsylvania, started TI BASIC because of TSA calculator robots, got first place in the region 8 competition, and learned much more than send() and get() (commands for the robot). I taught 4 other students TI BASIC for the robot and am working on a google site about programming with some friends.
Also, I doubt anyone will reply to this
It's just a matter of time until someone opens their email. I just so happen to have an ipod, lol.
Welcome to the community. We have sites everywhere. Which model do you use by the way? How long have you been programming? And exactly how well versed are you in tibasic? When I was in middle school, I made programs to do algebra and geometry for me, never knew what the port commands did until last year.
The Silver Phantom welcomes you
Well, don't doubt anymore! Most of the time, someone WILL reply. just give it time. ;)
And it's nice that someone has taken up TI-BASIC. It's a useful language for both math and gaming. You program the 83 series, or 68k?

You can program a robot with TI-BASIC?
The man shuddered as the shadow drew a glistening sword from his back. Creeping closer and closer with his pale eyes burning into the man, the shadow slowly raised his blade and before he could thrust it down, the man heard the shadow hiss something.
"The Shadow Clan's presence must be like a whisper. Always felt, but never seen…"
I program with TI Basic on TI 84 PCSE which isn't as good as the original TI 84 Plus. ;(
