I am pretty sure it is not. They have been integrating a lot of features from both websites.

LOL I thought it was too, until I saw it was repeated on Cemetech's news site as well. It's probably legit… ticalc has a massive archive yet no forum, so I guess it's a good idea to merge with Cemetech like United-TI did

Unfortunately for both of us (and many out there), we were fooled on April Fool's. It was indeed a joke that was well executed.
