Ok. I'm not sure if this only works on Silver editions, but if you have Omnicalc, and it's installed, you can make the
program editor go into homescreen mode:
(If you have other APPS, go here, and scroll down for
compatibility issues)
Steps:
1: Get Omnicalc, (You can get it here. Just scroll down until you see:
Omnicalc v1.26), and send it to your calculator. If you don't have a link cord and the proper software, then you can't do this glitch.
2: Install Omnicalc. (It's simple: open it by clicking the apps button, and finding omnicalc, then pressing enter. Once it's open,
press enter 3 times. this will install it, and take you back to the Omnicalc main menu.)
3: In the main Omnicalc menu, open the General Settings option, and check off: "Parentheses Assistant", "Entries Menu", "Base Conversion", and "LowercaseLetters". Then press the graph button, (it's on the topmost right button.). After that, check off: "thousands seperators", and (If you have a silver edition
calculator), "Quick APPS".
4: Press clear until you're back on the home screen.
5: Press: "PRGM", then the right arrrow key twice, then enter. Name the new program whatever you want,(except the name of an existing
program), and press enter.
6: Press the apps button, then enter, then "CLEAR".
7: Press "PRGM", and instead of the normal "CTL, I/O, EXEC" Menu, you should be comfronted by a "EXEC, EDIT, NEW" Menu. The same one you
get when you press "PRGM" on the home sceen.
It goes back to normal the next time you edit a program.
