Hi, I would like to program my TI-82 to calculate frequency of the 555 timer in astable mode. The formula is very simple. f = 1 / (ln(2)*C*(R1+2*R2)). R1,R2,C should be variables, that I will write. Can you help me please?

Does the TI-82 have an "Input" or "Prompt" command? Earliest I've worked with was the TI-83 plus.
If it has similar commands to that, it should be the following. Notice I've flipped the order a bit of your formula and removed the asterisks, but it should be the same.
Disp "f=1/C(ln(2)(A+2B) Prompt A,B,C Disp 1/C(ln(2)(A+2B "
The first portion is merely optional, but you would most likely want it to remind you what are your A,B, and C variables. The quotation mark at the end removes the annoying "Done." message at the end of every program, but may not apply to the TI-82, I wouldn't know.
Thank you for your reply.
I had to edit the code little bit, because it was showing DATA TYPE error, but now it is working correctly.
