This is a very simple program I devised in a few minutes during math class (For your curiosity I'm in Algebra II… I already had mastered the material for the day so I took a self-assigned break). I didn't have much time to test it so here's the code. If you find some bug please let me know with a comment or PM.
:PROGRAM:CUSERROR
:ClrDraw
:AxesOff
:CoordOff
:0→Xmin
:0→Ymin
:94→Xmax
:62→Ymax
:ClrHome
:Input "Error:",Str1
:Text(-1,0,0,"Error:
:Text(-1,0,24,Str1
:Text(-1,8,0,"1:Quit
:Text(-1,16,0,"2:Goto
:For(X,0,10
:For(Y,47,54
:Pt-Change(X,Y
:End
:End
:While 1
:Line(94,62,94,53,0
:End
Explanation
:PROGRAM:CUSERROR
:ClrDraw //Clears the screen
:AxesOff //Stops the program from displaying the graph axes
:CoordOff //Stops the program from displaying the coordinates
:0→Xmin //X-axis minimum boundary of dimensions
:0→Ymin //Y-axis minimum boundary of dimensions
:94→Xmax //X-axis maximum boundary of dimensions
:62→Ymax //Y-axis maximum boundary of dimensions
:ClrHome //Clears the home screen
:Input "Error:",Str1 //Asks for what you want to display as the error, stores the text as String 1
:Text(-1,0,0,"Err: //Displays the error menu-like text at the top
:Text(-1,0,24,Str1 //Displays your custom error text
:Text(-1,8,0,"1:Quit //Makes a fake simulation of the menu
:Text(-1,16,0,"2:Goto //Makes a fake simulation of the menu
:For(X,0,10 //For loop for the x-coordinates. We want to invert the pixels of a certain area to simulate a cursor
:For(Y,47,54 //For loop for the y-coordinates.
:Pt-Change(X,Y //Using the values of X and Y, we change the pixels in the designated area.
:End //Ends the first For loop
:End //Ends the second For loop
:While 1 //Starts an infinite loop
:Line(94,62,94,53,0 //Puts an invisible line at the top right edge to get rid of the run indicator
:End //Lets the While loop run infinitely
That's my program. I used an infinite loop so it seems like your calculator is frozen.
Have fun.

The man shuddered as the shadow drew a glistening sword from his back. Creeping closer and closer with his pale eyes burning into the man, the shadow slowly raised his blade and before he could thrust it down, the man heard the shadow hiss something.
"The Shadow Clan's presence must be like a whisper. Always felt, but never seen…"
