How does one edit the top menu bar, just below the logo?

It's nav:top, or nav:68k-top for the other menu bar.

EDIT: I guess I need an admin's help to edit it, there is no edit button at the bottom.

Yes, the nav pages are only editable by moderators and administrators.

EDIT: What page did you want to be linked to and in what menu location?
