I stumbled across this page when I made the consistency across all categories, that is, making a page at the root of each category to display all sub-pages. This page has a really nice layout, but it seems to be another one of these "Secret pages" that has no links to it. I suspect somebody made this page with good intentions, and then forgot that they made it before integration with the rest of the site.

I like the page though…

I created that page because I wanted to try an alternate layout for the TI-83 homepage — presenting all of the different content categories on one page, similar to what you find on the sitemap. It isn't integrated into the site because I decided to stick with the traditional homepage. Do you think we should switch it to that?

personally, I like the current homepage. However, I think if there were a link to it on the homepage, that would be cool. At the same time, I'm not a member, and have absolutely no say in the matter.

Ah.

When you say that, this page should probably be moved to the sandbox category. I don't think we should switch the homepage — I quite like the homepage. But don't ditch this page! Perhaps you can integrate this into the sitemap instead? It is after all very similar… You choose!

I think I would just leave it as it is. I like the current homepage as well, and there is already a sitemap.

I don't know if you guys noticed, but I deleted the portal:83 page and created the same page under the sandbox (using the name sandbox:portal-sitemap). You can now mess around with it.
