Help with storing a number to a string

Help with storing a number to a string

In a program im using Input to have the user input a number, however it will sometimes be a long number and when the real variable is converted to a string it reads 123.456789E10 and such, how can you turn this off or work around it, to correctly store the string as 1234567890000.

Easy. Because it is a user input, you can just make it store directly to the string itself:

Input "ENTER NUMBER:",Str1

Would that work, or does your program work differently?

Edit: Note that if you put it directly to a string, you can easily turn it into a real variable using the expr( command:

expr(Str1→A

Well now that you say it I feel pretty crummy, yea it never crossed my mind that I could directly store it as a string. Just one of those "Why the hell did I waste my time when I could just do it like this!" things. OK thanks.
