1020 Internal error

Hi everyone,

I'm new on this forum and I hope you can maybe help me.
When I transfer the programs I wrote on the pc to my TI calculator (it is an old TI-92 c:) and I try to read them the calc shows me the popup 'Internal Error' and it doesn't open the file. The problem is that I can't find anywhere what does that mean (not even on the guidebook).

The sintax of the program is ok, because if i transfer the code as a text, than i copy past in a program on the calculator it works.

Look, this is the first thread tobiadig by themself, so they needed the formal introduction to the site. This is perfectly fine to do this. Now, tell me, how does your remark add to this thread at all? At least Bio gave some information, even if it might not have the correct answer. Plus, he said that he is new, so…

Are you trying to run this on something like a TI-84 + or something? If so, there might be a compatibility problem between the programming languages. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that you can use 92 code on any sort of 83 or 84 calculators.

Yes, sadfully, TI-BASIC cannot be programmed on a TI-92 (Or any other version that is related to yours). If you want, you can download the Wabbitemu emulator for the TI-83/84+/84+SE. It's free, and works the same. (Except a few tiny things).
