I have tried it out, using the mode CLASSIC, things can go faster when involving movement, and displaying things. Woudnt you guys think?
You sound like a bot. And you have provided zero context.
What does context mean?
First of all, Google is your friend.
Disregard what I said earlier though, I seem to have read over your post too quickly. My apologies.
You are correct in what you said. I have tested it with PT_'s timer program (from Cemetech) and have confirmed that CLASSIC mode is significantly faster in almost any situation.
You can also see on the classic-mode page that it describes this as well:
When in Classic mode, text and numbers are displayed much faster on the home screen and the function menus load faster. This can be useful in games that use the home screen, or just with calculations in general.
A disadvantage though, after a program, you have to add the MATHPRINT function. (+1 byte)
EDIT: Exuse me, no disadvantage there. One thing I like about it is when you copy and paste code. I did the math, the speed increase between mathprint and classic mode is 56.23157903%. Which is a lot, but I wish it could go faster. I used a stopwatch and timed copying 100 hexadecima l bytes from a string, and timed it till it was done, I divided the time between the classsic/mathprint functions.
EDIT 2:: I typed in the answer and my method for all you math nerds! ;)

It is only a ~56% increase for that specific function. Seeing as you were using a stopwatch it may also not be that accurate. The best way to determine the speed increase would be to perform various functions in a for loop using the built in timer on a TI-84.
I have done what you said, and I have calculated my answer.
My new result:
I guess my watch is a tiny bit off
Hewwo, my name is Achak Claw. I was formerly BioHazard.
startTmr->B
For(A,1,10000
Output(1,1,A
End
checkTmr(B)
Classic: 58s
Mathprint: 194s
58/194 is only 29.8969%
startTmr->B
For(A,1,10000
ClrHome
End
checkTmr(B)
Classic: 146s
Mathprint: 279s
146/279 is only 52.329749%
So while Classic is faster, as it was stated, the amount it is faster varies by which commands are being used and how often.
