Accessing the tan-1 key from within a program

I am in the process of writing an electronics program in TI-basic for the TI-89 Titanium. I'm having trouble getting the (2nd) tan-1 to successfully be accessed from within the program. I am looking for the phase angle of an RC circuit that has the tan-1 in the equation. I was trying to get to it by using key codes, but I can't seem to use that from within the program either.
Any suggestions?

Please disregard my post.
I just found out that I had my original formula correct.
All my problems were due to the fact that I had a Mode - Angle setting wrong.
I'm still learning my TI-89.
