Where did you get the pictures from? I want to use the same source for the 68k calcs.

If I remember correctly, it was either http://www.ticalc.org/basics/calculators/ or http://www.datamath.org/Album_Graph.htm. That was actually one of the original pages that I put together when the wiki was on Wikispaces, so it's been a while :D
I changed the images to have transparent backgrounds, but I didn't know the best way to update them, so I hosted them on Image Shack and put in the urls. If there is a better way to do this, please do it.
(The same applies to the 68k equivalent section.)
You can click files on the toolbar at the bottom of a page, and then upload the file to that page.
I don't know why, but since Weregoose made changes to this page the text messes up sometimes. As far as I can tell he didn't do anything wrong. It only happens on this page. I made a screenshot so you can know what I am talking about.

Try using a different browser, such as Firefox. It doesn't do that in the Mac's Firefox 3.
It works in FFx, but since most people use IE7 (including me most of the time), I think it is something that should be fixed.
Edit: I just noticed that other pages that have tables mess up.
Lesson: Instead of floating everything to keep things from stacking on top of one another, clear the floats with ~~~~. Also, if you perform a hack job to get something to work right, tell someone.
Now, what to do about that gap I (rather, the sidebar) just introduced…

Oh, criminy; the fix worked in IE7, but the gap's still present in FF, Opera, and Safari. Yet another complete opposition to the expected behavior of a browser, but this time in IE's favor. You just can't win.
This website (rather, all wikidot sites) has/have problems because of the non standardization of the javascript language, and the extent to which it is used in wikidot. I suggest just making it work in firefox, thus promoting it's use. :)
Another problem I have is that sometimes the recent posts will fade out and then not fade back in, if you know what I mean.
FFx is nice in many ways, but there are some things that really get on my nerves, especially how it handles file downloads. The gap isn't a very big deal, so I suggest for now we leave it as-is. If it had been something bigger I would suggest switching the code back to fix accommodate most browsers.

The reason it is not listed is:
a) because it was made to be a TI-Nspire ROM.
b) because what brandon w. did was very, very illegal.
How would I go about getting access to the extra RAM on my calculator? I want to store a new program for a game, but the game size is too large for my calc to handle.
I have seen in multiple sources that the TI-84 SE is supposed to have a kickstand built into the lid, but I have many friends with Silver Editions, & not a single one of them has these special lids. Does anyone know what the deal is with this? This isn't exactly important, but it has been bothering me for awhile.

Should we talk about the TI-84+ (actually TI-84+SE) keypad for the TI-nspire?
Since the operation is exactly the same as the TI-84+SE, it does not need to be talked about - but it does have several unique characteristics that are worth mentioning. The speed is slower because the OS is being emulated, the keypad is removable, the Nspire OS must be upgraded to upgrade the TI-84 OS, getkey is not as responsive, and it can be powered through the USB port connected to a computer or 5V charger.
Why is there so little info on the TI-86 on TI calc web sites? Just curious. I have owned several and found it to be an excellent model.
I guess it just didn't get the popularity. I know in highschool they encouraged using a ti-83+/84+ and all of the school owned calcs were those. I had a friend with an 86 and it was decent.

They still had LED calcs when I was in school. lol. I have an 86 that's 20yrs old now. I just bought a TI-89 and I love it.

Look, I know this is a 2017 thread, but I found a better image to replace the TI-83+SE (not pixelated):

One problem is that it has a white background, when it needs a transparent background. The second problem, is that when taking that image and shrinking it, it becomes pixelated anyways
