Alpha-On?

I have found that my asm program does something that causes 2nd-On not to turn the calculator off after it has run, but rather Alpha-On! I have no idea what I could possibly have done to cause this, and I was not able to find any sort of flag or Bcall that I might have inadvertently used to cause this. Interestingly, if I run an app when 2nd-on, doesn't work, then the app will "fix" it, as will turning the calculator off by using alpha-On, but running another asm program (like Phoenix or Tetris Marathon) won't change anything.

Any Ideas?

This one actually is a bit different for me, not even alpha-on turns the calculator off! But if I have lowercase enabled, then lowercase-alpha-on turns is off, but only some of the time! I'm sure I'm playing around with something I shouldn't.

Oh, I just converted this straight from the mimas format and didin't think about that.
Anyway, it's a cool feature that mimas has, it converts it either to a jr or jp at assemble-time depending on how far away the address is.

Hm, then I see nothing in that code that could cause the problem :/ I wish I could see the hex code because it might be a compiling error…?

Ah, right XD Well, I made a mistake and read 327784 as 327884, so that is ld (indicBusy),a…. I'll fix that. But otherwise, I see no problems, so far :/

But seriously, thanks for the help. I was able to fix this problem in a different program of mine by removing all refernces to curRow/curCol and DispHL, so I'm going to go ahead and guess that this is some sort of bug in Ti's routines which they didn't bother telling us about or how to avoid it, and I'm just really good at finding them.

I use references to those often and I've never had a problem. Did you make sure that cur row was less than 8 and cur col was less than 16?
