So I was thinking that having a chatbox might be useful? I have one made, and I have the Wikidot embed code for it. All I need is approval/feedback on what everyone thinks about it. Is it good, bad, etc.?

EDIT: Of course, all major questions would be asked to be put in the forums, but we could use it for minor things, let people without Wikidot accounts ask questions, or we could all just talk.

P.S. - I'd put it in the General>Off Topic forum or whatever it's called.

I should warn you guys not to let this go out of hand.

Though that problem existed with a different group of programmers. I myself have no problem with a chat system as long as it is used responsibly.

Hmm… I had a feeling that I wasn't the first to come up with the idea. I will explore chatbox and see how I can get some people to be moderators/admins on a free acount. I'll appoint some responsible people, such as some of the existing mods and admins on here, and a couple of non-mod/admins like myself. There will also be rules, so anyone who breaks them will be banned, etc.

EDIT: I can't add mods or admins, but if need be I can manually ban someone permanently.
