Hey, Ive been visiting this site for advice for months, only recently joined though. Currently a junior in high school, I got started on basic freshman year, I have some knowledge of basic but could improve on optimization. Basic is the only coding Im familiar with besides AutoHotkey and some HTML, I sparingly use either.
Welcome to TI-Basic Developer! We always enjoy seeing new people at the site, and especially enjoy when they take the time to create an account and introduce themselves :) I hope you've found the site useful for learning TI-Basic, and if you see anything that needs correction or would make a worthwhile contribution to the site, please feel free to just do it yourself. If you don't mind me asking, what do you think of the site?
Ya great site, lots of information organized accordingly. Too bad we cant share programs between forum members other then the insanely huge archive that ticalc.org has, I find that their archives are to disorganized, like the fact that they have a category for programs for EVERY TI graphing calculator.
May I suggest adding a "Showcase Your Program" topic on the forums, posts would include full info about the program and a link to it on ticalc.org.
There are actually other TI program archives, including calcgames.org, unitedti.org, omnimaga.org, and tifreakware.net. I don't have a problem with you creating a topic for that, just don't let it get out of hand.
EDIT: I just created a showcase subforum, so if you want to display your programs for others to see, use that.
