I'm not sure this page belongs at the very beginning of a starter kit. It's overwhelming and entirely personal opinion (for example, I've yet to program anywhere but on the calculator). It's a viable option but I don't think we want to suggest that everyone learning TI-Basic choose it.

You're probably right, but I still think it belongs in the starter kit. Maybe in the last section instead?

The link to the JALcc IDE still doesn't work. The link takes you to the page but you can't download the software. I clicked the download link and it said "this page cann't be found." I think cann't is an incorrect spelling, i'm not sure though. Anyways, i've searched for a correct link for JALcc IDE, but I couldn't find one.
