Can you use the "text" command to program games? Or can you just use "output"?
The Text( command is for displaying text on the graphscreen:
Text(r,c,text1,text2,... (small) or... Text(-1,r,c,text1... (lage)
The Output( command displays text on the home screen.
Hope that helps!

This is what we call a "necropost" ie, a post on a dead thread or message. In this case, if you look to the right of the user's name, the post you responded to was made on the "10 Nov 2007" which was several years ago, and doesn't need to be replied to.
Thanks for trying though!
WHAT IS THE CODE TO DRAW A SINE WAVE?.
well, you can do this:
Well as it appears graphmastur had some technical difficulties heres the code for it.
actually, I forgot I didn't have my parallels desktop open to make the screenshots.
no technical difficulties.
Ah I see just couldn't tell.
That second one's kinda lame. Why not just encode the list into the for loop? Like:
:For(A,Xmin,Xmax,ΔX :Pt-Change(A,sin(A :End
Anyway, the best way to do it in a BASIC program is just DrawF sin(X as noahbaby94 said.
I know, but in my opinion, the more difficult the better.
Whoa, I just learned that you can insert new lines! I never knew that. Before, I always inserted everything onto one line so it looked very messy.
it's just 2nd ins.
Yeah, I know 2nd ins, but I didn't know you could create lines with it.
Before, I had this
:For(A,1,6 :Pxl-On(A,A+5 :Line(A+3,2A,A-3,3A :If A+1>3 :Disp "Achieved :End
I could use 2nd ins to do this
:For(A,1,6 :Pxl-On(A,A+5 :Line(A+3,2A,A-3,3A:End :If A+1>3:Then :Disp "Achieved":Else:Disp "Epic Fail :End
But now, I can use the new line feature to do this
:For(A,1,6 :Pxl-On(A,A+5 :Line(A+3,2A,A-3,3A :End :If A+1>3 :Then :Disp "Achieved :Else :Disp "Epic Fail :End
So, I knew 2nd ins, but not 2nd ins enter. (Wow, I epic failed for a while there…)
By the way, don't try this program. I just randomly put something together, and it probably doesn't do anything.
I have created a program which executes Heron's Area Formula. I will get back to everyone on that!
Cool! I was just reading about that yesterday on Omnimaga… Are you per chance… never mind :D
47%? Take a look and try to imagine how cool 100% will be. This has won zContest 2011 and made news on TICalc. This compromise between Assembly and BASIC parses like BASIC and is fast like assembly. Grammer 2
