I was wondering whether or not you math-blessed people play around with the Geometer's Sketchpad.
Personally, I began a couple of weeks ago. My math teacher introduced me to the wonderful tool she had been using for many years, and since I am rather curious about this kind of stuff, she gave me a whole booklet of problems to try on.
GSP is essentially a geometrical program wherein you use lines, circles, points, coordinate planes and graphs to create pretty much whatever. All this paired with the animation function allows some really cool things! I just finished building a clock that revolves in realtime, with all the arms pointing correctly. Much fun! I'll see if I can figure out how to screen capture on the school computer, and I'll have some footage up for you!
