I am trying to create a snake-like game, and storing the coordinates in the variables X and Y.
The beginning of the program sets X and Y both to 10 (or some other number, It's arbitrary) and is supposed to immediately draw a pixel there, which it does. However, one frame later, the variable Y is set to 0, which causes the player to immediately lose unless they are holding right on the first frame.
Why is the variable resetting? How can I fix this?
I can post the actual code if that would be helpful.
