I just bought a new computer and it came with windows 7. Today when I tried to use my computer it freezes everytime I close a program, adjust the volume, etc. Does anyone know why its happening, if not where can you redirect me to find help?

After some search on the world wide web i still have not found anyone else having the exact same problem, however similar problems were resolved by reinstalling the OS, I would recommend going back to the retailler and let them fix it for you. What are your specs? can it actually handle windows 7? You have paid for a computer and you want a working one so go back to the shop and stand up for your rights!

ill edit this post and ad my specs later. yes my compter can handle windows 7, it was made for it. I'm going ack to ofice depot tomorrow, and telling em to fix it, should I try reinstalling my OS though?
