This should work. Download the Beta Patch for 64 Bit, to your desktop for example, then right-click it (if it's zipped, unzip it first) and choose "Run as Administrator". It will install the patch and then TI Connect should work fine after this. If not, you can go to other forums like unitedti.org to find a solution.
Btw, if it still won't work it's probably because of the SilverLink, I bet that's what you're using, after all it's what comes with the Voyage 200. Try getting a BlackLink if none of that works, or even uninstalling TI Connect and install TiLP instead. This, however, will make you have to change the SilverLink's driver.
