I pressed "1" to enable xLib (it then gave me the "xLib installed" message) and then "3" to exit the xLib screen. Tell me if I missed a step or something.
xLIB will only install on OS 2.43 or lower. If you have OS 2.53MP or 2.55MP it will not install. An alternate solution that works on 2.53MP or higher would be to use Celtic III or Doors CS 7, which includes an xLIB compatibility layer, although some minor compatibility issues with some games might happen, especially with Celtic III.

Thank you, I have 2.55MP. I am, however, a little uncertain about Doors (which I am thinking of using). Is it easy to exit if necessary and can programs use the xLib compatibility if they are run outside of the shell?
I usually just press clear to return to the home screen. There are settings that you can modify in the app to enable xlib/celtic/dcs parser hooks, and I think you can run archived programs from the home screen.
