Should be easy, but can't do it

I have a list that is 8 by 42. I'm trying to write code or a function that will look at that list and bring back the cell value I want.

For example:

define ptable(r,c) = the value of the cell in the list at row "r" and column "c".

I can't find any commands that do this.

Any ideas?

This would be the code IF THEY WERE USING A TI-83+ FAMILY CALCULATOR!!!

Since this was posted in the TI-NSPIRE section, I would think they need the code for a ti-nspire, which is not the same! Please LOOK before posting
