Tell me what You think. I already created my project on there. There, I updated the template, because it caused a little bit of confusion.

Good idea! Do you mind if I make a little bit of changes? I can make adding updates and such easier.
Have at it!!!
I sent James a message to set a category to autonumbering, so it will be a little bit. Right now, it looks messy, but what I am wanting is to use the category project-updates for updates which will make this a lot easier.
Alright, but ya might have to figure out a way to discern updates between projects.
I know. Projects are in the projects category, and updates are in the project-updates.
I know, but how are you going to distinguish between an update for project A, and updates for project B?
Oh, with tags.
You give the tag of a project the project name without spaces, and every update has that tag for that project.
There is a handy feature on ListPages that allows for tags="=" which means to list all pages that share tags with this page. This is what I am trying to utilize.
I did something, but it isn't working for some extremely odd reason. You should be able to click add update, and it adds it, but apparently Wikidot is glitching a little, and it errors. If the problem still exists in a while, then something is definitely wrong.
That's weird. Check the pages to make sure auto numbering is still in effect. I had the same problem on another site.
one thing you have to remember about auto numbering is, when you add auto-numbering to a category, the pre existing pages do not get auto-numbered, so, in order to give these pages auto numbering, you have to remake the pages.
this means that what you are trying to do will most likely not work until you have remade the pages.
hope this helps
I finally finished the projects page. It will work with updates, so, that problem is fixed. However, the archives where for all of the categories of wikidot, so I changed it to be just the "archives" section.
So, should I post some info about the RPG I'm working on, or what?
Sure, go ahead.
I'll get to that once I'm capable of taking screenshots then. I know they're not neccessary, but words are very little to go on.
It's fine if you post images, just make sure to upload them only to that page, and don't use them in updates. It should be obvious because of the little message you get, that doesn't allow you to do updates, but remember to add the tags that is the same name as your game, as all one word. So "projects:til-nightmare-s-end"'s tag would be "til-nightmare-s-end". This is necessary for the updates.
Okay, so you no longer have to add tags to get the page to work, but, when you are done with the project, add a final update that gives the hosted location, and change the "not-done" tag to "done".
I added files functionality.
What's up with the redirect?
Now the list can be sorted according to finished or not. A redirect was made so the @URL doesn't complain.
