Recently, I finished my newest (and really my first) big game project for TI-84+CSE and TI-84+CE calcs! The game FLOW is color calc version of the game Flow Free, similar to the monochrome version TI-FLOW already in the archives. This project began back in November 2015 and currently has a main program size of about 4800 bytes (not including the archived packs, another 4000 or so). Current features:
- 100 Levels split into 5 archived packs (5x5's to 9x9's)
- Custom color ordering for flows and keybinds
- Achievements for normal and perfect completion of packs
- Built-in 4x4 tutorial
- And So Much More! (Obvious marketing is obvious)
So yeah. It's not quite as detailed and complex as the monochrome one, considering I programmed the whole thing by hand on my TI-84+CSE, and I didn't want to have to scroll too much. I hope to release it both here and at my school soon, but would love to get feedback on possible additions before doing so. If seeing the whole code is helpful for suggestions/optimizations, I can try do that as well. Thanks for your feedback and I hope to see a new game on the developer archives soon!
The solution to a complex problem is often a simple answer.
