So I turned on my TI-84+CSE before a math test and I noticed that when I evaluated something such as sin(32º), I got a 14-digit decimal number. Normally, the homescreen will display only 10 digits and you can only use 14 in lists or the Y= Table, so this confused me. Then, after I graphed a cosine transformation, the homescreen went back to 10 digits! I don't recall running any unusual Asm programs or hex codes (the only one I use in my BASIC programs is the hex code for disabling the Done message) and there's nothing in the Mode settings about extra digits. I have absolutely no idea how I did it nor how to replicate the quirk. Any ideas? Thanks!
