How to add functions to general library

TI Nspire CX NON CAS

I am trying to figure out how I can write a function and store it to be accessed by the scratchpad instead of opening the document where I made the function.

I see how to do it with the CAS version but I do not have that version I only have the CX NON CAS version.

Hmm. I do not have a "MyLib" folder. Should I create one? Or? If I have to create it, where do I put it?

Thanks. I haven't needed my calc till now since i'm teaching myself Calculus I. And i tried creating the folder but it didn't work. So I just backed up my documents and wiped the OS and reinstalled it now its working again. Thanks so much!
