I was fixing some mistakes in one of my programs, and all of a sudden my calculator screen goes blank, and seconds later it says my RAM is cleared. How do I fix this?

There is unfortunately nothing you can do. Unless you manually created a backup at some point (which it sounds like you didn't), whatever data you had is gone.

but the thing that confused me was that it randomly wiped the ram, while I wasn't doing anything.
