Is there a program that can take an image and turn it into a pic for the calculator?

I've tried a few things but the quality isn't very good. Do you know why this is happening?
heres the image:I took an image and I made the size 94x64 then used Ti-connects screen view thing and sent the image to my calculator. When I recalled the picture it looked like the image above.
Convert to black and white first using paint.
Yeah I found that out. Right now it keeps changing the size of the sprite to fit the whole screen, but I have a theory on how to fix it. If you know how to fix it can you please tell?
Go into paint make a blank canvas 96*64 then copy and paste the sprite.
If it's possible for anyone to shrink the image without lowering its quality then please do. (here is the link to the picture.) I've been trying to get it to work all day but nothing is going right. I've managed to do objects just fine but I can't get the buildings to fit right. It's frustrating… so any help will be accepted gladly! lol
I squished and squashed it to fit the dimensions of the screen. It should work now!
Thank you very much!
