In the exercises for chapter 2 of the TI Basic Starter Kit, the following task is given:
- Modify the NUMBERS program below to only display odd numbers.
And this small program is given:
My question is: why is the line :For(Y,1,20) in the program? This line seems to serve no purpose, especially since the Y value is never displayed. Is the line put there just to make the novice programmer think?
P.S. I solved this problem by changing the starting value to -19, and changing the increment value to 2.
