Whenever I try to send any Program (MirageOs) Or any shell, this message keeps showing up and my calculator crashes and I have to take out the batteries to fix it! I have tried many methods like downloading new shells but nothing seems to work! I tried deleting all my programs that I coded by hand but that just made me lose a lot of hard work :(

Please let me know if you can help me!!

I've been using TI-Connect and sending MirageOs and I tried Ion as well
If you help me it will mean so much to me!!
