What does [A] mean in SourceCoder 3 from Cemtech? And what does != mean?
I know it's basic but I need some help.

Like I said, [A] is either Matrix A or uppercase letter A.
!= is "not equal to".

Cemetech is more active there, so I suggest asking them on SAX for questions. You're more likely to get a response in the next 5 minutes or so whereas on here a day or two.
