What is a good site/program that I can use ti-basic on?

I don't currently have a calculator to use, so I'm looking for a way to program with the language without a calculator. There was one site that everyone said to use (I don't remember the name) but it never let me test the program.

There are two good options:

1) Use the jsTIfied calculator emulator over on Cemetech, which is probably what you're thinking of: https://www.cemetech.net/projects/jstified/
However, you need to have your own physical calculator to get a rom image from in order to make it work. This is for legal purposes.

2) If you are interested, there is also CEmu if you wish to program for the color calculator: https://github.com/CE-Programming/CEmu/releases
Again though, you need your own physical color calculator here to get a rom image from.

Apologies if this is unhelpful, I'm just listing your options. It is, again, technically illegal to share or use a rom image that is not your own.

I have CEmu and a physical ti-84 plus CE, but I cant quite figure out how to import .8xp files to CEmu, do you happen to know of any videos/sites which explain how to do this? Also, if there is a code editor on CEmu that would be a massive help. Really a general tutorial on using CEmu would be nice, as its not the most intuitive.

Edit: i found out how to upload files to the calculator, but i'm still wondering if there is/how to use a code editor in CEmu

CEmu does not include it's own code editor. For writing a TI-Basic program, I highly suggest you use SourceCoder over on Cemetech. It's designed primarily for writing and exporting TI-Basic programs, plus you can sign up on the site to save your project online and also chat with a whole bunch of other calculator programmers in real time.
