Bio_Hazard1282_rPi3 does not match any existing user name, please, if you don’t actually know something then don’t guess.
This was posted in the Nspire subcategory, and it is clear from their original post that they are coding in Nspire Basic. Lua must be compiled on a computer using the Nspire Script Editor, and to code in C requires other dependencies which are detailed on Omnimaga. Also, “BASIC” is just a form of scripting, not an actual language. “TI-Basic”, “Applesoft Basic”, “Nspire Basic”, “68k Basic”, they are all variants off of the original “Basic” language which is now rarely used. Each form of basic has its own quirks in its implementation.
