While its information on commands and other calculator features remains almost second-to-none, its forum, archives, and even hosting service, Wikidot, have been decaying for years. The calculator community would love to see what you're working on, or help you in your next coding adventure, but TI-Basic Developer is no longer the place to do it. Instead, you should head over to Cemetech (primarily American) or TI-Planet (primarily international). Both are active, well-established forums with their own archives, chatrooms, reference material, and abundant coding tools and resources. We'll see you there, we hope.

hello, I hope sombody can helpme i got a texas ti 89 titanium since January, but I can't connect it to the computer, I installed the software but nothing happens, only when I connect it to the USB power it turns on but if I connect it on nothing happens, it's important that I don't have the original cable but I'm using one that support data

What software are you using? Are you using TI-Connect? Make sure your computer is recognizing your device so it can do things. If you want to see if your computer recognizes your calculator, follow these steps.

1. Open the Windows 10 Settings application.
2. Click Devices. Find the Other Devices option and check to see if your TI-89 Titanium shows up. If it doesn't, you may be using the wrong cable. Try a cable that a TI-84 Plus uses.

yes I'm using Ti-connect and I try usig your metod but my computer don't recognize the calculator :( do you think I should use an original cable ? then i found some drivers but I can't install it in my pc
