Does anyone know of a way to hand install hardware onto a ti 84 plus or ti nSpire CX CAS t oexpand its memory space?

This was posted in regards to an 84+ CE, but I believe it applies to all of the 84 series calculators. I also wouldn't be surprised if the nSpire series were made similarly, as I found a few posts on r/calculators that said the memory was not expandable.

Is it possible to increase the ram on the TI-84+ CE?

Well, I once fixed a RAM problem on my 84+ CE. I just had to open it up to reconnect a wire that came loose. It worked just as I had figured, but the thing that still confuses me is why the calculator could even work without it. It somehow had enough diagnostics to shunt all operations to the working part of the RAM. I didn't even notice until I saw that my memory was about half as small as it was, even after I completely backed it up and wiped it. After I fixed it, it came back.
