Nice, but could be optimized a bit.
1) First of all, you don't need any "Then"'s or "End"'s. When you only have 1 line of code that will execute if (condition) is true, you can just do
The only time you need a Then and an End is if you are executing multiple lines of code if (condition) is true.
2) Get rid of some of those parenthesis around remainder.
3) replace "=0" with "not("
4) You are repeating "SIMPLIFIED:", but you don't need to - just store that string into Ans - I'll show you what I mean.

:"SIMPLIFIED: //this string is stored into Ans
This might not be completely optimized, but it does save over 62 bytes.
