Is there a version of the full, or where to download.

A TI-Nspire Student Software license is included with new TI-Nspire calculators. A software license, by itself, costs about half as much as a new calculator (which would include the software license), and it can only be purchased from an authorized TI educational product dealer.

I have gathered from a program fragment you posted earlier that you might be Polish. The TI Education website for the European Union lists only one dealer, based in Slovenia. I'm not allowed to post links, so you'll have to perform a web search for the TI Education website. There are many dealers in the United States, but I don't know if they will, or are able to, ship a license overseas.

Upon further research, it seems that the TI-Nspire Student Software license is only included with the Nspire CX and CX CAS, not the Touchpad models. Vernier Software allows licenses to be purchased through their website, with the license key sent via e-mail. However, I don't know if they will accept payment information for a European customer, or if they accept an international payment system like PayPal.
