I'm creating a game in which I need random coords for characters. I want to use the hardware clock to seed the rand, as it is always running. Problem is, the hardware clock outputs a number around 120000000, and I'd like to keep it in the tens or ones. I've found that it's running too fast to do something like x-120000000->x.
Is there any easy way to do this so it will come out with a number between 1 and 100?
