I am introducing a new etiquette to the TI|BD which must be followed.
Recently, we introduced a program archive. This enables users to upload their own programs.
Very recently, we allowed for rating these programs to determine which programs are the most popular, or most recommended.
Even more recently, we introduced the "negative voting", where you could down-vote a program, or unrecommend it.
I feel, however, that it is quite rude and hurtful to down-vote a person's program without giving any reason why. More explained, if you don't like a program, then let the community know why (and let the developer know).
From now on, if you down-vote a program, you must add a comment to the program page explaining your vote. After all, those who don't have evidence to support their opinion don't deserve to have one.
This is the new etiquette, and this is non-negotiable.
