My algorithm takes too long (~15 sec)
Tests for a 4 in a row (vertically, horizantally, or diagonally) of either 1 or negative 1 in 6x7 matrix A, and if there is such an occurrence, outputs 1 or -1 in theta. If there is no such occurrence, it does nothing.
