Now, with your optimized routine, I don't know whether it's better anymore, but:

It takes care of the R=0 case.

I originally created this page with a routine, that wasn't as optimized as it could be. DarkerLine improved upon this and put in a new algorithm that is small and faster. As of a few minutes ago, I realized that my routine could've been condensed considerably. DarkerLine's routine is faster when R>~15 (I conducted some shaky tests) and mine is smaller. What I'm wondering is whether I should append my routine to the page, or create a new page called "Pascal's Triangle (Alternate)" or something similar.
