All the given programs in the competition are for the TI-84 Plus CE, no exception. If you have a CE, you can dump the ROM off of it and use the emulator CEmu. If not, you can use the SmartView software, but I recommend CEmu because it's faster.

Note that it is illegal to download/use a ROM if you do not own the calculator for it. This is legal stuff and is like stealing a calculator, so be careful!
