Pi (π) is well known for its utility in all things circles (C=2πr, A=πr²). Pi is also known for being an irrational number, a number that goes on forever. This program won't help you memorize this number in its entirety, but it will help you remember the first 126! OBJECTIVE Fill the screen with the first 126 digits of pi, one digit at a time! Mistakes will set you back a little, but you'll also learn the next few digits. Don't give up! CONTROLS Number Keys 0-9: Type a number TROUBLESHOOTING / RESTRICTIONS This program currently uses the remainder() command, which is available on only operating systems past 2.53 MP. I'll remove this restriction in a future update. MISCELLANEOUS Thanks for checking out this program and reading this through! As a small thank-you gift, store pi to the variable X (π→X) before running CrisPI. You'll get a handy reference for the first 126 digits of pi. LAST WORDS This is my first program, so please feel free to comment on the program itself or on this page about anything I might have missed, programming tips, etc. Thank you! |
